Who We Are

[ Testimonials ] [ Group Pricing ] [ Lecture Bureau ] [ Authors / Presenters ]

We are educators, brokers and healthcare administrators interested in providing excellent health insurance education.

We read the books and articles that brokers would like to read – but are too busy. We attend the conferences that brokers would like to attend -- but are too busy. We then synthesize, summarize and present the material in easy-to-understand classes.

On Healthcare Problems and Solutions by Gary Fradin:

I required my staff to read this book. It provides the background they need to speak
knowledgeably about a range of health insurance issues.

Jim Conlon, J.F. Conlon & Associates

On Moral Hazard in American Healthcare by Gary Fradin:

A must read for anyone involved in creating a solution to our healthcare dilemma...a rare
understandable dialogue on a very complex issue.

Robert A. Was, The Was Insurance Agency

On Overtreated by Shannon Brownlee:

This book could save your life...Brownlee explains how well-insured Americans get
     much more high-tech medicare care...than they need...often endangering patient's
     lives.

Marcia Angell, Harvard Medical School; former editor in chief of the New
               England Journal of Medicine

Comparing our ethics course Market Conduct Ethics to the competition:

Their course consisted ot terms and definitions followed by documented examples. It
was text book equivalent and tough to follow.

Your course was very different as it specialized in health insurance and used
current materials as examples. It was fluent, easy to read and very informative, making
you think and actually putting you in the situation, asking 'What would I do?'

I would definitely choose yours over the other. I enjoyed reading the information and
understood it well. Not to mention it took me less time to read!
