This Pulitzer Prize winning book by a Princeton sociologist shows how our healthcare system developed in step with American social evolution since Colonial times. Long and heavy but thought provoking and insightful.

The exam takes about 30 minutes each after the lecture. Proctors provided. Graded immediately. You should be finished before 11:30.
