45 minute lecture ‘What is real healthcare consumerism?’

• Gary Fradin will discuss the types of information a wise healthcare consumer needs to know and how patients can get this information from their doctors.

After the lecture, take the 2 self study exams below. You must read the texts in advance. You will not be permitted to take the exams otherwise.

Exams take about 15 +/- minutes each after the lecture. Retakes available as necessary. Both exams must be completed by midnight on August 20. We will send detailed exam access instructions to registered participants on August 19.

Massachusetts has waived the Proctor requirement for CE exams during the Covid period.  Simply fill in your own name and job title as Proctor on the various exam forms.
